Oh Karen those are so pretty! I'm going to have to try them. Especially that bar. I love to make bars and anything with chocolate and caramel. I hope to make homemade turtles over the weekend. Gosh I make a cookie for my mom that is a German cookie with jam only it's more of a thumbprint cookie. I wonder if my mom would like your style as well. It's so pretty. My mom is 100% gluten free as well. I love making cookies!

I got an iron, hehe. But then again, I was asked to choose between that and a coffee grinder. I chose the iron because I knew we would get a coffee grinder, regardless!!!! 
(he did call maybe 3 times to ask, are you sure???) and next weekend I get a real live plant! Which I told Kolya I'd rather have then a rose or something that'll die in a few days… the plant I can look at forever!
Hi Nancy, Green bean flour is the same as Mung Bean flour. If you can't find this you can make it at home.
You will need:
2 ccups mung beans (either whole or peeled and split, or a mix)
Equipment:
Coffee grinder or high-power blender
Roasting the beans
Preheat oven to 204 degrees Celcius.
Spread beans evenly on baking sheet. Place in oven and roast for 20 minutes until golden, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning.
Remove from oven and cool completely.
In a coffee grinder or high power blender, grind beans in batches. (Say half a cup at a time)
Grind/blend for approx 30 seconds, shaking beans in grinder to evenly mix.
Once your beans are ground to a fine powder, transfer to a large bowl, and grind the next batch.
When you've finished, allow the flour to cool and then store in an airtight container in a cool place.

I'm going to have to try that recipe. It sounds pretty good. I find it amazing that people spend so much money on a spice mill when a coffee grinder does such a good job. You are the first one I have seen to use a coffee grinder instead of a blender or spice mill to make your spices.
